By using LevelUpCode you accept these Terms of Service.
1. Subject
LevelUpCode is a platform for learning programming through theory, interactive exercises and gamification elements.
2. Account
To use the service you must create an account by providing truthful data and keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activities carried out through your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some content is free, other content requires a Premium subscription. Payments are handled through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Account page; unless otherwise stated, Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, not to attempt to bypass its limits or security, not to share paid accounts and not to reproduce content without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The educational content and the software are protected by intellectual property rights. The code you write in the exercises remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". While we strive for quality and continuity, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated. You can close your account at any time from the Account page.
8. Governing law
Except for mandatory consumer-protection rules, Italian law applies.
